Terms and Conditions

• To guarantee your booking at the time of reservation, we require valid credit card details to secure the reservation. If not received 7 days prior to arrival your reservation will be cancelled.
• No show and cancellation within 2 days of arrival date will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
• Any promotional rates including Advanced Purchase, Last Minute, Early Bird, Stay Longer, Stay Pay rates are non-refundable. You will be charged the total amount of your stay at the point of booking a promotional rate.
• Karma Member Discounts are only applicable to Active Karma Member Holders. All discounted bookings made with a Karma Member Promotional Code must be accompanied by proof of Active Membership at Check In. If Active Valid Karma Member Proof is not presented then the full BAR rate price will be charged.
• All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you have any accessibility requirements or needs that you wish to discuss, please contact the hotel within 24 hours of booking at reservations.normandy@karmagroup.com or on +33(0) 232 63 72 00.
• Please provide a printed copy of your booking confirmation upon arrival. A refundable security deposit of €100 per apartment is required upon arrival. This deposit is obligatory and must be paid with a valid debit or credit card. Cash is not accepted. This deposit will be refunded to you in full at the end of your stay provided that no damage has been caused. In serious cases, the hotel reserves the right to evict guests whose antisocial behaviour affects the family-friendly atmosphere.
• When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
• Only hotel guests are permitted on the premises and to use the hotel facilities. Hen/bachelorette and stag/bachelor party bookings will not be accepted. The hotel applies this policy strictly. Should a reservation be made for guests in a hen/bachelorette or stag/bachelor party, the party will not be able to check in and will not receive a refund.
• Sofa beds are not made upon arrival; please contact the hotel directly to arrange this in advance. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible subject to availability, and charges will apply.
