    • To guarantee your booking at the time of reservation, we require a 20% deposit of the price for your total stay. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance may be paid upon check-out at the hotel.
    • No show and cancellation within 30 days of arrival date will be charged the total reservation amount.
    • Any promotional rates including Advanced Purchase, Early Bird, Stay Longer, Stay Pay rates are non refundable.
    • For guests reserving Half Board packages, please be aware that you are entitled to breakfast daily, plus a 3 course lunch or dinner. Supplements may apply to certain items. Expenditure with a supplement value will be charged to your guest folio and will be payable upon check out.
    • Karma Club Member Discounts are only applicable to Active Karma Club Card Holders. All discounted bookings made with a Karma Club Promotional Code must be accompanied by a Active Karma Club Card at Check In. If a Active Valid Karma Club Card is not presented then the full BAR rate price will be charged.
