Karma Sanctum on the Green has ten bedrooms, ranging from cosy and intimate Crash Pads to the secluded Garden Lodge nestled into the hotel’s grounds. Some rooms feature beamed ceilings and views across the village green or the private gardens and outdoor pool.
The main hotel includes the Berkshire Suite, which features a super king bed, a large square bathtub with an overhead rain shower, the Cookham Room, featuring a four-poster bed, a rain shower, and a bathtub, four Deluxe King Rooms that all include super king beds, and three cosy Crash Pads featuring brand-new walk-in showers and king size beds, perfect for a quick mid-week stop over or a weekend country getaway.
Nestled in the hotel’s gardens is the Garden Lodge, a new unique Scandi-inspired wooden cabin, perfect for those seeking solitude and a bohemian escape with the amenities of a hotel. Cookham’s answer to glamping, this unique suite includes a super-king size bed, walk-in shower, and bi-folding doors to a private garden. The Garden Lodge has state of the art insulation, and air conditioning for both summer and winter months.
All rooms and suites have Egyptian cotton bed linens, fluffy towels, organic toiletries, HD TVs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fridges*, and complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, and bottled water.

Whilst we are a dog friendly hotel and restaurant, only our Crash Pads, one Deluxe King Room, and can accommodate your furry friends overnight. Please speak to our team before booking to ensure we allocate the right room for you and your dog.
An additional charge of £15 per dog, per night applies.
