ISLAND YOGA FLOW + SACRED SOUND BATH WITH GONG MASTER & YOGI, VANESSA HOLLIDAY

We are proud to collaborate with Conscious DJ, Vanessa Holliday for an epic seaside three-day yoga and sound bath gig at our sublime GIli Meno island spa.

Begin your morning with ocean flow yoga with views towards Rinjani mountains followed by a sacred sound bath. Vanessa’s sounds are a blend of chanting with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Native American Flute, Gongs and Drums. Around sunset (5pm). she will lead a Yin Yoga + Sound Sonic Alchemy session.

The combination of movement and sound feel deeply nourishing and replenishing and will leave you feeling inspired and awakened with a profound sense of peace and wellbeing.

Complimentary in-house guests/Outside gusts 150k – mats provided/includes young coconut water.
